How can I download a video from military.com to forward on e-mail?

There is a video clip I would like to pass on to others, is there a way I can download the video to send on to others? If I send the link, they have to go through the process of setting up account, when I would just like to attach it to an e-mail.

It is simple : you upload your video on http://www.uploadmachine (with password if you want), and you send just the link to your friends.

More simple you can upload the video direct site to site, just select the "From a URL" option...

If your using firefox look for an add-on along the lines of embed downloader. Or check the source where its running from open it in a page to its self and "save file as" to your desktop.
