How can I download or convert video from fanpop.com?

Question

I want to either download or convert (mp4) this episode of X-Files from Fanpop.com:

Even though it's on fanpop, the video is from Youku.com. The URL has no video extension so I can't convert it using Zamzar or ClipNabber which I usually do. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

I am using Mozilla Firefox with the add-on DownloadHelper, and had no problem downloading one of the videos. It is an "flv" file.

It is about 10 megs and has a big file name composed of numbers.

I am sure you will figure it out, it is very simple and easy.

It looks like the video is no longer available. In the future, though, I would try to get the original video URL and then paste it on clipnabber. Especially for youku, because the video is broken up into parts on their server and ClipNabber is one of the few sites that still supports youku.
