How can I download the "High Quality" versions of videos on Youtube?

Question

I know how I can get the regular versions of Youtube videos but I can't seem to figure out how to download the "high quality" versions.

You know... where it says "watch in high quality".

It seems the standard and high quality versions share the same URL.

Does anybody know how to download them?

just add "&fmt=18" (without the quotes) to the url of the video you are downloading for high quality.

download realplayer then play the video with microsoft internet explorer, not firefox

then mouse over the video and a download this video tab will appear just click it and there you go
