How can I e-mail a folder of photographs instead of one at a time? (say 10 photos in the folder)

  1. You could "zip up" the folder.

    Say your folder is called folder1

    Right click on the folder.  Select win zip, and then "add to folder1.zip"

    You will then get an entry called folder1.zip, which you can email as one file.

  3. Reduce the size of the photograph files by saving them as JPEG files in the folder you want to send.

    To do this, create and name the folder on your desktop.

    Open the photograph in a graphics programme or word processor. In the file menu click "save as" and save the file as a JPEG in the folder you have created. Do this with all the photographs.

    Now open your new e-mail, write your message and, before you send it, attach the folder (as an attachment, of course).

    If you don't convert the photographs to JPEGs, the file size of the folder may be too big for your e-mail programme or ISP.
