Im only 14 so i cant get a job or do the lottooh and i dont want to go to jail so something that iI wont be put into jail if I get caught.

I think you meant "Legally". If you're only 14 you can try:

1.) baby sitting

2.) tutoring in a school subject you're good at

3.) yard work/mowing lawns in your neighborhood

4.) find out about a work permit every state has a different age

     limit

5.) delivering the newspaper

There are many ways to earn money illegally but I think you are looking for legal ways to make money.  Try doing yard work or other odd jobs for neighbors or look for some other type of summer jobs.  In many places it is legal for a 14 year old to get a part time job.
