Question:

How can I eat breakfast in the morning (besides a judos bar or something)!?

I never have enough time to eat breakfast and waking up earlier is NOT an option. I sometimes do, but it's just, like, a kudos bar or something. Do you have any suggestions on what I should eat that is fast and healthy? Thanks. =]

  1. how about hard boil some eggs ahead of time?

    Or have some apples?

    What about a protien shake with banana, yogurt, water, frozen berries?

    What about some peanut butter and celery?

    Protien will keep you full and keep you from eating junk and gaining weight. :)

  3. Freeze pancakes when you cook them (or your mom) on the weekend, cook extra and put into freezer bags. Just zap them in the microwave for 1/2 minute and presto! Put fruit ontop of the pancakes to make them healthier.

    They also sell whole wheat bagels and multigrain waffles in the supermarket.  

  4. you should PREPARE it BEFORE you go to SLEEP! it actually helps a lot! (:

    also if you are going to briong a lunch for tomorrow or whenever, you should also make it at night and get it ready so you can grab it and go!

  6. I am the EXACT same way!! Well I would suggest eat in the car on the way to school if that is possible. You could eat dry cereal, crackers... in the morning if you had them in bags all ready to grab and go on your way out the door. Or maybe you could eat in your 1st hour, I know some of my teachers at school let you bring small snacks to class as long as you clean up your mess!!

  7. if you are reallly in a hurry, and WANT to eat...... why not FRUIT?!?!?! i mean from peaches, to bananas. it is something that can be eatin on the go, and is very healthy...... not too expensive either... you could even do yogurt...its quick... and yogurt contain anti-oxidants... which help fight cancers... and illnesses.... good luck in your quest to eat quick!!!

  8. Individual yogurt, fresh fruit, whole wheat bagel (you could put jam, cream cheese or PB on it the night before), fruit cups, hard boiled eggs already cooked, protein drinks... If you have a fridge at work, put food in there and eat it before you start your shift. If you go to school, keep some food in your locker that won't spoil and eat it before or in between classes.  

  9. If you're going to have a bar for breakfast at least get a fiber bar or protein bar or a carnation breakfast bar.  You can do better than Kudos.  

    How about some instant oatmeal or a bowl of cereal.  Takes but a minute to make and about that to eat.  Fiber rich foods are slow to digest so you'll feel full longer and you won't crash and burn like you do from foods full of sugar.

    Frozen waffles are a good option and you don't even have to cut them up to eat them. When they are done, put on a bit of butter and off you go.

    Don't forgot how easy fruit is to grab and go. Add some string cheese and you're getting calcium too.

  10. well if you go to school..i would just eat there..i get one of those breakfast sandwiches some peaches and milk for a dollar..
