I need to lose like 10 pounds. can you give me tips and advice?

  1. Go to sparkpeople.com and join. I am there, and they help you loose weight IF YOU NEED TOO. They teach how to stay healthy. Hope this helps? & I posted a few more below.


  2. Cut out sugar, salt, and anything made with milk or flour and you'll loose 10 pounds in two weeks.

  3. Okay well just eat 500 calories than you are suppost to and try to burn around 400 calories-- burn as much as you can and try to move around as much as you can. Eat almonds- they will fill you up and are avaible in 100 calorie packs. Try to drink a lot of water and salads are great with walden farms 0 calorie dressing! Fruits are also your friend! And yoga bread is a favorite of mine-- it doesn't say but each slice is 105 calories! and barly any fat! good luck!

    The best way to eat healthier is to eat in a way that keeps your body from secreting the hormone insulin into your blood stream on a constant basis.  It's what they call "hyperinsulinemia".

    You can do this by eating PROTEINS, FATS and CARBS in the right amounts, the right intervals and in the right combinations.

    The benefits of following the science are just too numerous to mention so you'd be better off reading some articles and trying the diet.  I don't know if you have $47 bucks, but it's the best spend you can make when it comes to eating healthy.

  5. losing or gaining weight is all a matter of calorie intake/use.  eat more calories than u burn = gain weight.  and the other way around.  there are a lot of websites that you can plug in your daily energy consuption and it will tell you how many calories you should be eating to maintain your body weight.  if you want to lose weight, then eat less than the number and over time, you will lose weight.  the biggest factor here is activity level.  you can eat the same amount of calories and exercise and burn calories.  this is how you can eat the same way and lose weight.  

    the best way to lose weight  = eat less calories and exercise.  BEST EXERCISE = CARDIO!! get the heart rate up a few times a week for at least 20-30 minutes if you are healthy enough for exercise.  i love to jog, but not in a gym.  tread mills are hard on the knees and ellipticals are a waste of time and effort.  really want to burn calories.  do a stair climber or take the stairs all the time.  just don't hang on to the railings.  

    if you arent healthy enough to exercise, reduce your calories consumption.  At ANY RATE, eat more fruits and veges, cut out fried foods and ice cream. Keep your diet BALANCED! make little changes like 2% or skim milk instead of whole milk.  Dairy products are extremely good for the body, give you protein and are shown to have a positive impact in weight loss.  Get a partner.  they help you stay on track and it is proven that you will have better results if you work with someone. GOOGLE NURTITION, and go from there.  AlSO read labels!  some things you think are healthy can be very unhealth and full of fats
