How can I edit my photos on my 360 page?

Question

There I always see an old photo of my old "yahoo photo album". How can I delete it or change it?

I don't mean the "Personal Photos" on the left side, but the photos on the right side.

The share your photo option on 360 no longer works, so I know for a fact that you can't change you photo stream.  I'm not sure if you can delete it or not; being that I can't post my own photo stream.

Make it private. I just check your album but it won't allow me to view it. I can see your pic but that's about it.
