so what website can I do it online?

currently I don't have any money to buy a program so where can I edit photos like the one at the top online?

That picture is relatively simple to copy it's style. You just need to erase the background you don't like and use another background which you want to replace it with. You might also have a line around the whole person like in your example(the green glowing like line).

I personally do not prefer online editors. But i can recommend some good free ones that you can download.

-GIMP : close to adobe photoshop as you can get and easy to use.

- Paint.Net : a little less different tools then GIMP but still useful.

- Any other photo editor you can find.

- Adobe Photoshop! : yes i know that this one is not free. But a very good and simple to use program. You can try the trail or buy Adobe Photoshop elements for about $100...
