How can I edit my pictures like thiss.. ?

How can I edit my pictures to make my eyes look like this.. and makeup.. WITHOUT using photoshop.. ?

You can use just about any image editor.  Try GIMP (http://www.gimp.org) or PhotoPlus (http://www.freeserifsoftware.com).

To learn how to edit the pictures you will need to practice and try and find tutorials on the 'net or in books to learn the techniques.

you can use other programs but usually they are more expensive than photoshop.

You could always use gimp which is free

If you send me a pic I could probably edit it like that

You have to have photoshop.. or it will turn out crappy.

everybody says gimp is just like photoshop but its NOT!

Its way harder and doesnt do it right.

if you would like i could do 2 free photos..

then after that i charge.
