How can I email a COUPLE of pictures from a compressed zipped folder?

I have been trying to email SOME pictures that I have stored in a compressed zipped folder. Everytime I compose the email and try to attach the file....it attaches the entire folder, I don't want to send the entire folder, just a COUPLE of pictures from it. Can ANYBODY tell me how to do that??? PLEASE!!

You have to extract the files you want to send to wherever you want to save them, then attach them.
