How can I email yahoo about being barred until December 31, 2020?

I just recently started to play games on Yahoo. I was playing checkers when I got a message telling me I have been barred until 2020. So far all I have done is say hi and play the games. Also not only was I barred from checkers but every other game room. I want to speak with yahoo about this but not over the phone. This problem really needs to be fixed. I did not do anything wrong why did this happen?

get another email account using another person in your family and email help.

it may just be a fault with the web
