How can I enclose my garage without actually altering the house?

I want to turn my garage into a nursery for an at home daycare. I rent a beautiful home and I know I cannot alter the structure physically. I can't really enclose the garage... But I know it can be done in other ways. Maybe with a temporary wall or insulation... a floor air conditioning and heating unit... I know there has to be away... any ideas.. I'm desperate!

When I bought my house the garage was enclosed and I opened it back up and put in a garage door. The only thing they did was frame up a wall where the door used to be and put in a walk in door. You can put in a combonation thru the wall heat/AC unit.

Also if this is going to be a business you may need to check for requirements such as how many kids you would be allowed for the square footage you have. Also check on items such as fire extinguisher, proper amount of exits and exit signs. bathroom facilities, smoke detectors, etc.
