How can I end my Ebay Item?

The problem is my item has less than 12 hours, so it tells me I cant end the auction. The game got broken, and I can't really sell it anymore. I've sent notifications to all the bidders, and canceled all of their bids, but people still keep bidding. How can I stop it?

Hi. I've just had a look for you and I don't think you can end it within 12 hours of the listing ending. I know that there is usually a section for you to put that the item is broken.

Hopefully the winner will be understanding, just make sure you apologies and explain the problem because you don't want to end up with bad feedback. Most buyers would be understanding.
