How can I enlist as working crew on a 3-4 mast classic boat, anywhere in the world?

Looking to spend a month afloat on any ocean, only requirement is that I want to be working crew not just a paying piece of ballast!

There is a section in the sailing magazines that has crew waanted. "Spinsheet " is theone in the Chesapeake area. It includes persons looking for crew and those looking to crew. Similar sections should be available in other magazines.
