How can I erase previous viewed sites?

To erase from history. Click on the star, history then delete. To make it a permanent thing go into yahoo tools and click on the thing that preferences and in there should be a thing to turn off history.

go to TOOLS at the top of the page...click on internet options.  When the window pops up, the "tab" you will be under is GENERAL .....Under browsing history they computer is asking you if you want to delete cookies and website history information....click delete.....that will delete your previously viewed websites.

Click on Tools and then Internet Options. Under General click on Clear History. This only deletes the sites visited but not your search history in your search bar. To do this you need to clear or disable Auto Complete. This is how to do that:

For Internet Explorer: Click on Tools. Then Internet Options. Click on Content and then Auto Complete. Then click on Clear Forms. This will erase your search history. If you don't want things showing up again in your search history then deselect the Auto Complete options at the top. Be sure to select apply or ok at the bottom.

on your browser look for the tools tab,click on it and select internet options then delete files.allso you can click the bottom tab and and delete all browseing history,passwords etc.

In the dialog box shown select delete temporary internet files, cookies, browsing history.

Confirm delete.

To delete browsing history go to tools>options>delete files>cookies

and delete. then go to the search boxes in yahoo/google/or others

click "v" right side of the search box and scroll down click "clear search history".
