How can I escape my rent trap?

My social security is $830 a month. I am not in control of my money, my representitive payee is. The rent is $1470 per month, and my representitive payee makes $1800 per month so can pay their half and their half of the utilities but not all of their utilities. I however can only pay half of my rent and a fraction of the utilities. I want to go to a cheaper place, but my representitive payee has controll of my money. (It's in a bank account in her name, since she's the representitive payee) I want control of my money, but we can't even afford to get to a psychologist or therapist so they can deem me able to take care of my money. I'm stuck, completely. I want to get to a cheaper place, because I need to save money for about 4 months. But because they're disabled too, they can't just move if I leave, plus they have control of my money. If I get a social worker to become my representitive payee, they have control of my money, and I basically want to go to China for a year in 4 months.

  1. See a Chinese Attorney!

  2. Go to China as quickly as possible. There is no mention in your question about what you do for a living. Reading through it appears to me that you want the good life without giving anything back. There is no such thing as a frree ride.
