Please don't go over the effects of losing your period; I researched this and actually ended up passing out because I was so overwhelmed! :'(I exercise 1-1 1/2 hours a day 5-6 days a week.Here are my DV's of a usual day:Totals: 2,079 40g 228mg 2,963mg 324g 1... % of your daily value 129.99% 61.77% 75.83% 123.45% 107.... Cals Fat Cholest Sodium Carbs Sugars Fi...I don't drink a lot of pure water maybe a 16.9 fl oz bottle/day!But I do drink two 16 fl oz bottels of crystal light too..I have not had my period for two months.. and have already scheduled a doctors appointment but wasn't able to get in for another month. In any case I know some of the extremely serious effects that come along with loss of a period.. but I do love to workout and would like to find a healthy balance! Please any answers would help.<3
