  1. Go to File->Import and export

    this starts the wizard

    select "export favorites"

(leave "favorites" as the source folder - this is the default)

Export to a file (remember the location - or click "browse" and select the desktop)

    save the bookmark.htm file

When you get your new computer, go through the same process but choose "import favorites"

  2. store your favorites with yahoo then when you get your new comp just import them when you install yahoo on the new one

  3. go to your favorites folder and copy them to a pen drive.  on your new computer just copy them to your favorites folder.

  4. Copy them to an external media (floppy, CD, DVD or those little things many call "keys".)

  5. I think under one of the IE options, you can export.
