How can I express to my dad that he should take the transfer offer to Madrid?

I'm living in Lisbon (Portugal) right now with my family because of my dad's job. We just recently moved here at the beginning of the summer from Denver, CO. I just found out that he was offered another transfer opportunity to Madrid. I am not unhappy here in Lisbon by any means, but I'm definitely not comfortable yet still seeing as I don't know Portuguese.

I want my dad to take this option to move us to Madrid because

A) My siblings and I speak Spanish and we could make friends faster and assimilate into the culture quicker than we are currently in Lisbon.

and, B) I have close friends in Madrid already as do my parents

There will be no difference in pay and the company is going to compensate for the move so I don't see any reason why we shouldn't just move to Madrid since that would be easier.

How do I present this to my dad in a responsible way that he would seriously consider and not just see it as a teenage university student whining :) ?

Thanks.
