How can I fall asleep at night with out sleeping pills?

its 2 days before i go back to school and I have trouble sleeping. I've tried: Warm Baths, Reading, Sleeping on my stomach, Relaxing my mind... someone Please Help.

  1. This should come naturally, and you shouldn't need pills. A trick I've heard of is a pinch of salt dissolved on your tongue followed by a glass of water, and also sleeping with socks on.

  3. I had this problem too and I find the best thimg for it is to have a warm camomile tea, and when finished, put some good quality lavender oil on a tissue or hanky, and take deep breaths of this. lavender is great for relaxing you and making you sleep. good luck hope this helps you out!

  4. don't drink any kind of caffeinated beverage 6 hours before you go to sleep. try some warm milk too.

  5. Trouble sleeping? I'd recommend going to the doctor if you've been taking sleeping pills for long.

    Listen to the radio lightly, roll the lyrics over your head...that's what I do.

    Sleeping pills aren't good for your body, so please. Go to the doctor.  

  6. Exercise? Exhaust yourself during the day and it will be good for you plus you will fall asleep faster. Good luck.

  10. get up early so by night your tired and when you go to sleep imagine your a fish lol.
