Question:

How can I fall asleep earlier tonight?

Hi.

I'm painting my room tomorrow, and I need to get up early so my family and I can move furniture around and such. Only problem is, I like to go to sleep at like, 12, and not get up (on the weekends, of course) until at least 11. So how can I make myself sleepy now?

I've already taken a warm bath and it didn't do much.

  1. Get off the computer for a start! cause it keeps you awake cause its like bright and all that (lol) well it keeps your brain in like "WAKE mode" or something lol.

    drink milk, it makes you tired!

    (heated or cold doesnt matter)

    go for a quick run? and tire yourself out?


  2. Exercise a little..  

    May be skipping a rope for a while would help.  

    If you don't want to do that, try doing sit-ups with your arms straight facing the wall.  Just don't overdo it..  The purpose is to make you a little tired, not exhausted.  All the best.  

  3. Eat and make your stomach full.

    Take a sleep aide.

  4. try reading a book....that usually puts me to sleep!!!
