  1. Put extra food in with your gerbil. Feed the gerbil lots of sunflower seeds constantly they are very fattening

  2. like how skinny?  are her ribs visible...if so then give her meats to eat like turkey or boiled chicken.  you don't want to fatten her up with unhealthy items like junk treats or something.  stick with healthy things.  also, keep in mind that they have high metabolisims and will run off a lot of fat very easily.  if her ribs or bones aren't pertruding out, then she's fine.

  3. If she is super skinny take her to the vet because there may be a problem. Otherwise give her a lot of food and water and  fruits and veggies.

  4. give her lots of treats, like pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, or some whole wheat bread(no white bread!)

make sure you don't get her obese though :)

  5. She shouldn't be skinny really if she is getting a balanced food, but she is so giving her sunflower seeds and lots of GOOD gerbil food. Sunflower seeds are not recommend to healthy gerbils as they are VERY fatty! So this should fatten her up! If this doesn't take her to the vets as there could be something wrong with her. Hope this helped. x*x

  6. Sunflower seeds are really fatty in a healthy way because you dont want it to get health problems

  7. give her more food than whats in her bowl. theyll eat it all, trust me, thats how i got my gerbil fatter, shes a normal, healthy weight now.

  8. First off, is she skinny cuz she's not eating?  If so, that could be a sign of illness and you should take her to the vet.

I know this might seem stupid, but what are you feeding her?  Make sure you are feeding her a gerbil blocks or seed mixes.  I saw a person who didn't realize that she was starving her mouse because the bowl was full of shells and other inedible things.

If both of those things are fine, then I would suggest feeding her more food.  Seeds and nuts are high in fat and should help your gerbil gain weight.  If she's eating and she still isn't gaining any weight and she's really skinny, then I'd take her to the vet.

    Hope that helps!
