How can I fax without a telephone landline?

I have had vonage but cancled it. I now only have a cell phone. I have a all in one printer, which consist of printer, copier, scanner, and fax. I don't have a land line. How can I fax? I have cable internet. is there a way of scanning and faxing? If so how?

You can still fax if you have  the feature called Single number reach or one touch reach,

with this you can do E fax and receive E fax.
