My dad had two mini strokes on friday and is now in hospital, my grandad decided to go visit him on his own (he is in his 80's and only has one leg) when he got home he fell and hit his head on his car and couldn't get up. The paramedics were called and now he has been taken into hospital too. Also I have an 11 week old baby who won't stop crying he has been crying all day. Plus on top of all this my mortgage which is with NORTHERN ROCK is coming to it's fixed end next month and I am on maternity leave and my bloke has bad credit so I think we are likely to lose our house. Please help I feel like my head is going to explode I am so worried and upset!!

  1. You have it really tough at the moment and i feel awful for you .I myself have been there with hugh financial problems and that alone can send you insane. But the only advise i can give you is .That nothing will get better if you worry yourself sick, The responsibility is not all yours and your partner needs to step up and help you with it. Maybe try giving the baby some thing to help him/her sleep better at night like a johnson lavender bath before bed or maybe if they have collac you could give them something like dozole. it just helps aids a restful sleep for babies who don't settle to well. Also try not worry about your Dad and Grandad they are not been looked after by the people who know best what  they are doing .So try and relax maybe sprinkle some lavender oil on your pillow and that will help calm you and hopefully get a good night sleep .Things are bad now so lets say they can't get any worse .So that means its all going to get better now and you deserve some good luck.

Hope things sort themselves out for you Good luck x

  2. You poor darlin' - this has been such a rubbish day for you!  Ok, your dear dad and granddad both are in hospital.  They are being cared for by people who know what they're doing, so are pretty safe.  In a weird sort of way, it's 'not your problem'.  Then there's your new, sweet baby.  Baby is doing what babies gotta do and all you can do is hang in there, cuddle and love your innocent newborn and try to accept that this too, is 'not your problem'.  Your man's bad credit?  Not your fault.  Which leaves you with only one problem to try to tackle - housing.  Perhaps others here can advise you more specifically just what to do - but maybe start with N Rock itself - maybe they can give some advice?  And you can't do that until tomorrow at least.  So now - just breathe in and out and give yourself permission to relax a little. Good luck, and here's a sisterly hug!

  3. look

    simple hint

calm yourself so your baby will calm

its approved that when we feel bad infant feels it as well ,,and  let him drink some cammomil

and for your daddy ,,and grand

    pray for them

try to take warm bath everyday before you sleep

rock your baby back and forth and sing softly to him even if he`s crying ,dont give up breath calmly so when you put him on your chest he will start to quite

put off the lights and let him get lots of sleep to recover he is also upset and irritated

  4. I cant make you better! But i can tell you that time is a great healer.

I was in a similar situation a few weeks back.... And please take this bit of advice on board!!!

TAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF!!!!! No matter what....even if it is just a bath for half an hour, just to try and get you relaxed!

Make an appointment to go see your doctor about your baby just to make sure everythings ok!

And dont bury your head in the sand...Phone Northen Rock up and explain everything...im 99% sure they will understand..

I know people who are 6/7/even 8 months behind in there morgtage payments. So phone them!! And be honest.

But make sure you take time for your self as i said... Maybe even go for a massage or get hubby to give you a foot rub!!!

    Hope that helps.
