How can I fight someone bigger and stronger and more violent than me?

  2. Obviously, the best solution would be to avoid that situation, whether with words or just move away.  Try to defuse it before it happens.

    But if you're in that situation, make a lot of noise, try to attract attention.  Also, I've heard that if you at least pretend to know what you're doing, it usually curbs the other person's aggression to a degree.

    But, outside of that, if you have to trade blows, aim for the weakest parts of the body, the eyes, throat, kidneys (if you can reach them).  Or kick to the inside of the knees (kicking outward), because of knee structure, the knee can be pretty easily broken if you kick them outward.  Don't aim for the nose though, chances are you'll either hit his/her cheek or forehead, and both can break your hand/fingers.

    Don't try to fight strength for strength, that's usually a recipe for disaster, especially in this scenario.  Instead, try to deflect, if a punch is coming at you, try to turn so that it hits on the side or the shoulder, your body should allow you to spin slightly which will somewhat negate the force.

  5. Hit the weak points!  Also, with grappling techniques, you don't have to be strong to overpower your opponent.  It takes the right technique; it's not a matter of who's bigger.  Turn his power into yours (i.e. if he tries to strike you, you can use his momentum and turn it against him).

  6. The only way is getting into a good martial arts school, regardless of style, and training hard, not sitting behind a keyboard asking on here.

    Anything that these people tell you, besides 90% of what they tell you being useless and  getting you hurt, will go right out of your head when the fight or flight response kicks in unless your body has been there through realistic training many many times.

    Even if it doesn't go right out the window, if you havn't trained how and the h*** are you going to take your fingers(small diamiter) and meet them with somebodies eyes(small diamiter) when your adrenaline is flowing and you have tunnel vision and all your fine motor skills are gone? The answer is you can't.

    People say grapple it is all about technique. Where in the heck are you going to learn the technique? In a school. Hit the vital targets. How when even experianced fighters miss a lot on moving opponents? I would hazard a guess that maybe 3 people who have resonded to your question actually train some form of Martial art, the rest just say what they have heard or read through ignorence.

    There is no shortcut, it takes good hard instruction and training. Even if you carry agun or knife, you still need to put in the practice to make what will work second nature.

    It's your choice, but if you listen to them, when you get hurt because you actually needed to defend yourself and nothing they said worked, you will have only yourself to blame.

If they  attack you retreat, if they grab you and pull,don't struggle to get away; you go with it and take away their balance; then you could either run or let them have it when they loose their balance, but make sure you hit them hard. If you don't have what it takes avoid a confrontation with that person.  you don't see a bird picking a fight with a cat nor should you fight someone without being prepared..

  12. Bigger people usually have the height advantage towards smaller people. However, most of them are usually slower. Use your physical attributes as a smaller person and beat him with speed and precision in striking his pressure points - rib cage, solar plexus, neck, groin, etc.

  14. sucker punch that ******. like, if ur in skool then say the teacher is right behind him. then smash his face with a hammer fist, front kick his knee so it's bent backwards, hammer fist his neck and then grab his waist and use all your strength to throw him to the floor. and then kick him till he goes to the hospital.

  15. learn some martial arts like karate. They will teach u the weaknesses of ur enemies and how to protect urself certain ways by certain attacks.

    What I'm eluding to is that you should try hiding behind things and jumping out for sucker punches.  Hide in the brush, or behind a trash can, or on a ladder, or underwater, or around a corner, or camouflage yourself with shrubbery or even urban landscapes, and when the man/woman is walking by jump out and punch them in the stomach.  That will make them bend over, then you can kick them (if you can reach, I know they are bigger than you) in the head.  This should send them on the ground, much like Ulysses S. Grant did to the Red Coats, and while they're writhing in pain, kick em a little.  Few shots to the side never hurt anyone.  Maybe punch em a few times in the face, give them a black eye.  It's really all ok as long as you come out the victor.  Thats how you get ladies too.  It's like a bonus for winning.

  17. Look up the Muay Thai Clinch, and practice it, its simply the best quick to learn self defence technique. Odds are this guy will haymaker, most people do, its a natural Body Alert Reaction, people do it automatically. Get inside the haymaker, go for the clinch, knee like crazy. Check this out:

    The idea is that if you're close enough, they cant hit you hard, they have no room to hit you hard. From there, if you have the crown of their head pushing downwards, they only have their neck strength, and unless they have 50kg of muscle over you, they wont be able to, their basic reaction will be fear, especially once the knees start.
