How can I find a Cheapest flight or ways of travelling from England (Nottingham) to Germany (Bremen)?

Rather than checking with individual airlines, use a service like expedia.com (or expedia.de). I ran a search for your destination on a random rate and got a number of viable connections.

Check out ryanair.com. They have cheap tickets, I am not sure if you can fly directly into Bremen but you maybe able to fly into a nearby city and take a train the rest of the way.
