You can take the S.D. Trolley (Blue line)  at San Ysidro / Tijuana  Border crossing  to 5th Ave. Downtown . Get off and walk to 4th Ave Take  4th Ave. to Broadway. Take Broadway  to the Greyhound Station (120 W Broadway San Diego CA 92101-between 1st and 2nd) and you can buy a bus ticket to Pomona, CA.
