I need a list of nannys/care giver FOR AUTISTIC KID IN TAMPA FL 33617 TO WORK 5 DAYS A WEEK 30 HOURS A WEEK AT HOME.

Contact your local college and post information there, especially in the special education department.  Also contact the Agency for People with Disabilities.  They may have a list of people who provide respite care who can help.  Check with CARD (Center for Autism and Related Disorders).  They may have resources to help.

Post on Craigslist or SitterCity.com. CL is free, SC is not. I'm a nanny and I find jobs on both sites.

If you have children in school, you might want to ask the teachers there. I know my son's teachers know of some caregivers with special needs backgrounds.
