I'm open to sharing the space/equipment as well.

I would need use of the kitchen at least 3 days a week (if not 5)

  1. I would check with the Health department, they do regular inspections of places that rent commercial kitchen space and can tell you where they're located.  You can also ask around with the local bakeries and cafes, they may be open to sharing some space with you.

  2. Co-Op Kitchen in the east bay

    6613 Hollis St. Emeryville

    510) 594-9600

rents commercial kitchen space for catering etc.
