How can I find a direct employer in New Zealand? please help me...?

i want to work as a farm worker in New Zealand but I dont have money for the placement fee and and still I dont have visa. I'm searching for a direct employer who is willing to sponsor the entire immigration process and will just deduct the expenses in my salary. Thank you so mush and i'm hoping that you can help me.

nz has their own section and it might pay to ask in that section. But i doubt you'll get a really detailed answer your better off asking an immigration officer
