How can I find a family member in Mexico?

How can i find a family member that lives in Hidalgo, Mexico. i have the name but no address... please help?

Just input his /her name on google and something will come up - if they get online, youll find them either by posts, or any sort of forums.

I don't know anything about Mexico but you could try searching it on the internet.. they may have signed up to a website and you could contact them there... Or there might be a place where you could go to find a person like a social council place or something but i don't know if they are allowed to give away details.. Good Luck!
