How can I find a list of cities called Woodhouse?

I am working on some ancestry, and have come across a birth city of Woodhouse, with no state, province, or even country. Is there any way to find a list of cities with the name Woodhouse, internationally?

This was taken from the "Place index" for  England dated 1837-1930 there are an handful of places called Woodhouse here in Engalnd.

You'll have to do it county by country. In the USA,

will tell you what state and county. (There is just one, in Pennsylvania. There are 100 or so "Lakeside", though, six in Georgia alone.

I don't know where you'd turn for Canada, Australia or NZ.
