  1. Well depends on what your talent is...if your into singing, dancing, acting or anything like that...you go to angency and they will set you up for where you need to go...with sports...from what I understand they have a talent scout come to a game..because they heard that you was pretty good and they try to get you come to their college. After you have played a year or two for college...sometimes its all 4 years too...some teams try to draft you to play for them. I dont know if I explain the sports right...that is just what I understand of it.

  2. i dont know what youre talet level is but i only had 1 amatuer fight and got turned pro. thats not a good decision for many people. but if you are at the right level and cant find a manager use www.makeafight.com and you can bid on fights to try to get out there in the ring. youre first time wont be cheap depending on what state you box in. and just starting will probally have to find a event in youre home state for the matchmaker to ok travel expences for you.  but like i said depending on the state youll have to pay  a eye exam, dr physical exam, youre state and pro liscense, and have the proper pro gear and also blood work to check for h.i.v. hep. a and b. my first fight ever i put out about 800 from my own pocket the thing you need depend on state arkansas is the most lax bout it no bloodwork or anything but hope this helps and best of luck with youre decision

  3. Pro what?

If you actually have any talent, managers will find you.

  4. you will never make it in the pros!!!!!

  5. Have you ever seen the movie "Million Dollar Baby?"  Lady if you want to turn professional then you need to go where the professionals are.  It's always best for an amature to go through all of the divisions with the United States Amature Boxing Federation (USABF) before you turn pro.

Every city has boxing clubs and when you think that you're done with the club fighting and have the confidence to do it all for cash then just call your States Athletic Commision and ask them to refer you to a gym where only professionals work out.

Most trainers will collect a membership from you and pay close attention to your workouts and how ofton you work out and if you have potential then they'll acknowledge that and will start working with you.

If you don't have enough experience then they won't pay any attention to you at all so why embarass yourself?
