How can I find a month to month lease apartment in suwanee atlanta georgia?

Hi I'm trying very hard to find an appartment that would give month to month lease in this area - (30024 suwanee, atlanta ,georgia). Can anyone tell me how I would be able to find one. I contacted many apartments ,but couldn't find one. Is there any way that I can find one?

Contact many more apartments.  You can also contact indiviudals renting out 1 or a few places.  However, very few people want to deal with this.  This type of lease typically means the tenant will be moving again very soon and nobody wants to deal with finding a new tenant a few months down the road.  On the other hand if you offered to pay a bit extra maybe you could find someone willing to do it.

Chances are you'll find they'll do a 3 or 6 month term but not a month to month tenancy, most people don't want to deal with such short term rental because as soon as you move in you'd have to give notice to move out..lol.
