How can I find a realtor?

for my mobile home when I live 6 hours away? What questions do I ask? thanks

Im sure there's a realtor in your area somewhere. Even if you live far away from an office, you may have an agent who lives near you.

I'd call the closest office, tell them where you are, and if they service the area.

I would not rely in the Yellow Book you want to make sure you get someone who knows what they are doing. Either ask around to see if anyone knows a good broker or do some research online.

just ask if they would be willing to sell your home.

look up your local realtor in your phonebook.

Look at the realtors that have mobile homes for sale in the area.  Ask them if they have sold mobile homes before and ask the association what the land fee or fees will be to the new tenant.
