How can I find a russian tutor?

I live in Rome, GA, USA. Is there a listing of russian tutors somewhere?

Try advertising at your local university. Most have a newsheet of some sort. Otherwise, contact the Russian Association or even the embassy. They should be able to point you in the right direction. Or just advertise in your local paper.

You can search for local tutors, online tutors, etc. It costs the prospective student nothing to look for and contact teachers.

I know a Romanian language tutor that teaches online. She is from Romania originally, but went to the university here in the States and got a teaching degree. Her English is excellent as well.
