How can I find a way to make a Team Fortress 2 Style drawing?

How can I do that??

You need to learn how to work with vectors. The "clean comic" style that TF2 has can be done with vectors. I can't really teach you this over Yahoo, but you should look into Adobe Illustrator. Vector design is easy to get into, but hard to master. It is like asking how do I write "War and Peace." You have to look into the style first, get familiar with it, and then take your knowledge of vectors and apply it to TF2 pics. Sorry I could not be of more help.
