go to the yahoo groups page (http://uk.groups.yahoo.com/) and stick it in the search bar?

your group seems not to come up, which may mean it's an invite-only group (ie random people can't apply to join it), so you'll have to get someone to invite you, or contact the owner for more info - should be

heartcenteredbusiness-owner@yahoogroup...

Go below.  Search for your interest go to the groups you like and click on join.
