How can I find acting auditions which includes but not limited to commercials in my local area?

You need to be able to act. For commercials you will need an agent. You need to research agencies (call them, call former and current talent they represent, call the better business bureau, and don't sign anything your parents/lawyer hasn't looked over thoroughly). Watch out for scams, when it's too good to be true- it usually is.
