How can I find all information about starting child care business?

I lived in NewZealand and would like to own a Day care or Child care business. Anyone know where I can get all the infomation that I need to know and do to set up my own Day care business?

i found some information that might be helpful to you. this was the best information i could find when i used new zealand as part of the search. it looks like a program you have to pay for, but it might help you start out:

another thing that might help you is to check with other daycares around your area to see how they got started and ask what authorities you might have to go through.
