How can I find an audition?

I live in Las Vegas , Nevada. And what I was wondering is how I can find out , or be informed about some auditions in my area. I am trying to become an actor. I don't have much experience , but I do have a lot of talent. So if you know anyone who can get me an audition , and get me out there , please contact me at [e-mail]. Thank you.

You need to start networking. Contact universities and colleges and talk to the acting Professors/teachers, contact theaters/opera houses. Along the way you could ask these people what you need for auditions.

I definetely agree with the above answer on Networking. But for the sake of giving my own answer

I might recommend audition classes.

But trusting you're adequately prepared to go straight into the audition

haha i live in michigan so i don't know whats out there near vegas...but yeah.

not having much experience is not going to look good for you no matter how much talent you have. sorry to break it to ya. =/

what i'd do is take some acting classes. they might cost money, but to get out there is gonna take money so why not right?

community/volunteer theatre....if there is one nearby..do it. You need all the experience you can get on stage. This will help you.

try searching some websites ...talent agencies near vegas. Sign up with some of the websites and they will send you emails about upcoming auditions and casting calls nearby. Thats why i did.
