You can go to Realtor.com and find many there, call a few and talk to them, that will help you find the one you can relate to before going to see any of them!  REALTOR® are usually Real Estate Agents but all agents are not necessarily REALTORS®.

I would ask a friend that may have needed the same thing. Another way that comes to mind is to talk to your banker, call the chamber of commerce and ask for references, or see if there is an association that deals with this kind of thing. I would also put out on yahoo answers if anyone in your area has needed one and how they did it or if they have any suggestions. I think people typically like to help, they just have to know the need is there
