Telemarketing is a hard field as it encompasses a lot of different areas of development. In simple words You could be selling light bulbs or you could be selling time shares. You could collect for the RCMP. You could contact a local Police department and ask them about soliciting funds for their benevolent association for the families of killed officers in the line of duty. You would get a percentage of the take. Here on the low end you would get more but the higher the amount that you collect the less that you get. Here is usually starts about *05 on the low end but decreases to about 25% after a certain figure is reached
