How can I find customer info who are currently searching for a product? Is there a search command for that?

Internet Explorer 7 is the software that I use. Searching mainly on Yahoo or Google.

    What shopping software would be a start....

    So you want to know who is searching for what online?

    There are no live services (none - not a single one) and your best service for online search figures is Overture who will show you the searches made in a particular category last month - but that is on their infrastructure.

    Google do not publish these figures.

    If it were that easy - everyone would be able to know what to sell!
