I just posted a question looking for japanese penpals. I found some by searching on yahoo answers. But the easier way would be to A) Go on yahoo messenger and go to the Asian or Japanese chat room. (which i doubt there'll be any people. or B) google "japanese penpals" and there should be a big ammount of sites which offer penpals.

Go to MySpace, Facebook,or Friendster and find Japanese friends.
