How can I find language exchange friends in Japan?

I would like to make friends who are keen on learning, but some are not and it's very difficult to tell before I meet them.

There might many way to find your buddy.

If you are in large city, there might be "English Cafe".

People who came from other countries are get together at there to have conversation in English.  You could find a people at there.

Some places has hired English speaker and I don't know these are suitable for you.  You may be better to check with the Cafe.

But most of places may good for you.

I've been to there before.  The atmosphere of the place was good.

If you working at a company you can ask it to administrator of the office.  They tend to want to learn English to improve their work skill.

If there are large book shops, you could find peoples look around English learning book.  It may good to talk with them.  May need small courage.
