How can I find my diamond ring if I lost it in a lake?

I was swimming in this lake, near San Diego, CA and I lost my engagement ring. It means a lot to me and I really want it back. We don`t have an insurance anymore for it and we don`t have homeowners insurance either. I tried calling some business that do metal detecting but they only do it on grass, sand etc . Any idea who could help me find it, underwater? Also I can`t afford to pay a lot because we just had our first baby and we are saving to buy a house. I just can`t accept that I lost it, I feel so bad because I know my husband struggled to buy it for me. Please help!!! Maria from San Diego, CA.

  1. first of all my deep concern for the loss of your engagement ring. the mode of search depends on the depth and nature of the lake. if it is so deep and has clay or soil content, the ring may start sinking in the clay or soil to the  extent the number of days it is in the water. you can tell the exact number of days since you lost the ring to the experts and they will decide the number of layers it would have crossed in the soil thereby searching will be focussed.  If it is a small lake, you may not even hire experts, hire good deep water swimmers who can search with the help of small metal fishing nets and make a thorough search. The smaller the lake the easier the job and the bigger the lake, make the job more longer for search.  All the best!!! www.goldeneggsforlife.com
