How can I find one of these restaurants?

I want to try one of those restaurants where everything is dark. They make it like you are blind. Everything is pitch black. It sounds like a super fun experience but I don't know where to find one.

BTW...

I live In Syracuse NY.

I looked on the Internet and found one is Asia, one in the United Kingdom, and one in Germany....I can't seem to find any in the States, but I'm going to keep looking because it sounds like fun. Vegas, maybe?

Not many restaurts are black. Try a strip club though.
