How can I find out (faster & easier of course) what plane was flying above my hometown at a certain hour?

On the 2nd of july 2008, hour 00:15 AM I received a subliminal message from an airplane flying just abouve Constanta City in Romania. The sky only had 2-3 small white clouds and it suddenly started to rain. It did so for 5 minutes and than it just stopped. The message was from a person who was searching for a girl with flowers in her eyes. I know her. And I want to help him find her. But how can I find out what plane it was so that I can continue research from there? ...

I started to blow colourful bubbles while trying to send the message back to him... mentally of course...

Are you the right person who's reading this...? Because it's raining again... from nowhere...

Try the website flightaware.com and do some searching around.

Regional air control has radar and logs planes that are in the air at any given time. If you can contact in the air control tower at your airport, they should be able to help you find out that information. You may need your latitude and longitude of your house to get that information. You can get that by using Google Earth.
